Working Process
1. Foundational Starting Phase – 5 Sessions
I recommend beginning with five sessions held every two weeks.
This allows sufficient time to clarify your situation, build trust, and establish a clear direction.
During these five sessions, we:
– Carefully assess your current situation
– Clarify the central themes and priorities
– Begin strengthening patterns of thinking and action that support meaningful change
After this initial phase, we evaluate together what rhythm of work will serve you best going forward.
2. Ongoing Work Options
Once the foundation is established, we may continue with a rhythm that supports your long-term development.
Monthly Support
1 session per month
Suitable for maintaining direction and clarity during periods of change.
3-Month Process
1–2 sessions per month
A structured, sustained period of work focused on strengthening identity, decision-making, and life direction.
6-Month Engagement
1–2 sessions per month
A deeper and steady process of working alongside you during significant life transitions.
