3. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Payment Terms:

• Full payment is required at time of booking

• All fees are in Euros (€)

• Payments are processed through secure payment systems

3.2 Cancellation Policy:

• 48+ hours notice: 100% refund

• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund

• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund

• No-shows: Full session fee charged

3.3 Rescheduling:

• Subject to availability

• Follows same timeframes as cancellation policy

• Emergency situations handled case-by-case

4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

4.1 Session Confidentiality:

• All session content is strictly confidential

• Session notes and client information securely stored

• Exceptions to confidentiality:
